Product advice
Email service@braventiy.com with the product name and the gardening task you have in mind. Ask about any unstated dimensions, compatibility or care requirements before ordering. We will explain what information is available.
Order & delivery help
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. For delivery questions, include the tracking reference if you have one. For an address change or cancellation, contact us promptly so we can check whether it can still be made.
Returns & problems
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For damage or an incorrect item, include photos of the item and packaging where possible. Do not return a parcel before contacting us. The full process and address are in our Return Policy.
Privacy requests
Use the subject line “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion or other applicable data-rights requests. Please do not send full payment-card details, passwords or identity documents in your first message.
