Please read these terms alongside the product details and store policies.
1. Store operator
This store, Braventiy, is operated by Dongguan Jichao Technology Co., Ltd.. The company contact and return address is Room 2129, Building 1, No. 5 Zhouxi Road, Nancheng Subdistrict, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Wu Guihua is the Owner. Questions may be sent to service@braventiy.com.
2. Using the store
Provide accurate order and contact information and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse forms or access another person’s account. Keep account credentials private. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or appropriate permission.
3. Product information & imagery
Read the individual product description before ordering. Images may include AI-generated styling and scene props, which do not establish dimensions, included accessories, certification or physical testing. We aim to describe products accurately; ask us to clarify an unstated specification rather than assuming it. Your rights concerning goods matching their description remain protected.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. The payment options shown at checkout determine which methods are available for your order; decorative or theme payment icons alone do not promise acceptance of a method. Price corrections do not retroactively change an accepted order without an applicable lawful resolution.
5. Orders & availability
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error arises, payment fails or verification is required, we will contact you about the available resolution. We do not claim displayed inventory has been independently counted in a warehouse. If an order is cancelled and payment was taken, an applicable refund is returned to the original method.
6. Shipping, changes & returns
Our Shipping Policy explains fees and the separate preparation and transport windows. Requests to amend or cancel orders depend on the stage reached. Our Return Policy gives the 30-day request window, return process and refund timing. These policies form part of the purchase information and preserve mandatory rights.
7. Responsible use
Use gardening tools only for suitable tasks and within supplied instructions. Inspect for damage, keep sharp parts away from children and pets, and select protective equipment appropriate to the work. General plant-care content is guidance, not a promise of plant health or growing results.
8. Intellectual property & third-party services
Store text, original design and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Do not reuse them in a way that infringes those rights. Shopify and payment or carrier providers operate their own services under their own terms. Links to other websites do not make us responsible for their independently controlled content.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and Your Privacy Choices provides applicable request and opt-out channels. Do not send sensitive payment credentials through an ordinary contact message.
10. Responsibility & consumer rights
Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the website is continuously available or that general gardening guidance fits every circumstance.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes subject to the competent courts at the company’s location, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or any non-waivable right to a competent forum in your place of residence. Contact us first so we can seek a practical resolution.
12. Updates
We may revise site terms for future use and orders. The terms and mandatory rights applicable to an existing purchase are not retrospectively removed by a later update. Effective date: October 15, 2026.
