Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only, in USD.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50 and free from $50. Expedited shipping, where available, is $7.99.
How long should I plan for?
Preparation is 5-10 business days after confirmation and needed information. Standard transport is a further 10-15 business days after dispatch: 15-25 business days combined.
Can I change an order?
Email promptly with the order number. We check the order stage before confirming a change or cancellation.
What if something is damaged?
Stop using an unsafe item and email photos, your order number and a description. We will assess the appropriate resolution.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Personal-preference return postage is paid by the buyer. Read the full Return Policy for the process and statutory-rights protection.
Are all pictured props included?
No. Plants, pots and other scene props are not included unless expressly listed. Product styling images are AI-generated visual references.
How do I choose a tool?
Match it to the task, working space and plant. Read the description and ask us about any missing compatibility or specification before ordering.
